What is the LTC2955?
The LTC2955 is a micropower pushbutton on/off controller that generates a clean enable output to manage the system power supply via a power monitor input and a debounced pushbutton input. When the system is in a ready state, it can use the power-off input to switch off the power supply. If a button is held down for longer than the configurable power-off timeout, the system power supply will be forcibly switched off.
