REAL3™ is Infineon’s 3D product series, comprising highly integrated Time-of-Flight (ToF) image sensors and optimised laser driver ICs. IRS2877C is a general-purpose 3D ToF image sensor designed for the consumer electronics and industrial markets. Offering excellent value for money and flexible adaptability, it is the preferred sensing solution for consumer-grade smart devices and small industrial equipment. It supports an HVGA (640×480) system resolution and can be efficiently upgraded to VGA depth map output, striking a balance between outstanding depth performance and power consumption; Equipped with iToF technology and a unique pixel layout, it operates at a wavelength of 940 nm. IRS2975C is a high-sensitivity 3D ToF image sensor designed for industrial and consumer markets. Featuring a sixth-generation pixel design, its compact size and long-range detection capabilities meet the demands of miniaturised, low-power industrial automation and IoT devices. It offers an HQVGA (240×180) resolution with 43K pixels, operating at a wavelength of 940 nm, with an imaging circle of just 1/6 inch (3 mm) and a compact chip size of 18 mm². It operates at a supply voltage of 2.8 V and offers excellent power consumption control. With its high sensitivity, it enables long-range detection whilst supporting flexible configuration to meet the detection requirements of various scenarios.

It is the world’s first ToF sensor to obtain Google’s Level 3 facial recognition certification, combining high performance with cost advantages, making it suitable for scenarios requiring high perception accuracy. The IRS2976CX1SA1 features an HVGA (640×480) resolution, expandable to VGA output, with a wavelength of 940 nm. It utilises a bare die packaging and is compatible with the IRS9100C and IRS9102C series of VCSEL drivers; Each pixel incorporates SBI’s patented technology, offering strong resistance to daylight interference and excellent high dynamic range performance.
