Single-channel eFuses: STEF05 and STEF12

These two models are basic eFuses, providing protection for 5V and 12V power rails respectively.

Core Functionality: Connected in series within the power path, they continuously monitor the output current and input voltage. In the event of overcurrent or overvoltage, they rapidly limit the output current to a safe level; if the fault persists, they completely disconnect the load from the power supply.

Intelligent and Convenient: Once the fault has been rectified, they can be easily restored by resetting the power supply or activating the ‘Enable’ pin, without the need for replacement. A ‘Fault’ signal pin is also provided to facilitate system monitoring.
