Product Description
The VIPER16HN is an off-line converter featuring an 800 V avalanche rugged power section, PWM controller, and multiple protection mechanisms. It eliminates the need for an auxiliary bias winding by powering itself directly from the rectified mains. Advanced frequency jittering reduces EMI filter costs, while burst mode operation and low power consumption help meet energy-saving regulations.
