Product Description Of UCC5350MCDR

UCC5350MCDR is a single-channel isolated gate driver designed specifically to drive MOSFETs, IGBTs and SiC/GaN power devices. Featuring 3 kVrms isolation, ±5 A peak drive current and Miller clamping, it is suitable for high-voltage isolation applications such as industrial power supplies, motor drives and photovoltaic inverters.
